Democrats and their friends in the media are at it again, slapping a shiny coat of spin on another limp protest and hoping Americans are too distracted to notice. This time, it’s the so-called “No Kings” movement, getting the full showbiz treatment in Minnesota, complete with liberal celebs like Bruce Springsteen and Jane Fonda flying in to try and pump up the crowd. But here’s the truth they don’t want you to see: once you scrape away the Hollywood hype and fancy slogans, there’s barely anyone left standing in those protest lines.
It’s classic Democrat theater—big promises, flash cameras, and a handful of angry left-wingers pretending they represent the whole country. According to the usual echo chamber, this was allegedly a “mass movement.” But step back and look at the actual turnout, and it’s clear these protests had more press than people. Is this really the grassroots wave the left keeps bragging about? Or is it just another case of the elite pushing their tired narrative while normal, hard-working Americans roll their eyes?
Somehow, old has-beens like Jane Fonda think they can parachute in, wave a sign, and suddenly everyone will join their cause. The truth is, most Americans are working or raising families, not showing up for a media circus. The liberals call the shots, and the media eats it up, desperate to stir up drama. Maybe it’s because their Democrat pals in DC are struggling to give anyone a reason to show up for anything, let alone support their flailing agenda.
What’s really outrageous is the way these events get covered. Liberal networks gush over the “energy” in Minnesota, but won’t dare show a wide shot of the empty streets. No, they’d rather zoom in on a handful of handpicked faces, ignoring the fact that this “movement” only exists in their carefully cropped photos. The average American doesn’t buy these theatrics. Only the most gullible or anti-American agitators pretend this is some historic uprising.
When all is said and done, this movement to abolish authority is nothing but a PR stunt powered by Hollywood money and big media personalities. If Democrats actually cared about America, maybe they’d spend more time fixing border chaos and the spiraling economy—and less time fawning over washed-up celebrities staging faux-revolutions. Who exactly do they think they’re fooling—besides themselves?
