Justice Department exposes shocking threat to women as men allowed in female prisons

Once again, Democrat-run states are putting woke ideology ahead of basic common sense and women’s safety. California and Maine have been letting biological men, claiming to be women, share prison cells with actual female inmates. Now the Justice Department has finally started to investigate whether these “progressive” states are trampling on the constitutional rights of women behind bars.

Here’s the reality liberals refuse to face: prisons are supposed to keep people safe, including inmates who are already at some of the highest risk of abuse. But in California and Maine, it’s not enough to coddle the absurd demands of left-wing activists—they want to make sure men who “identify” as women have the right to move in with vulnerable female prisoners. Apparently, the feelings of convicted men come before the safety and dignity of real women.

Any sane person can see the problem. For decades, feminists—now oddly silent—fought for women’s rights. But when globalists and leftist elites push transgender dogma, those same women are told to shut up and accept it. The left’s hypocrisy is on full display. These states pretend to be defending the marginalized, but instead, they’re jeopardizing the very people they claim to protect.

Where are the outcries from Hollywood’s “Me Too” crowd, always so eager to scream about women’s rights? Silence. Why? Because it’s not politically correct to demand actual safety for women if it means questioning the far-left’s new sacred cow: transgender ideology. These policies spit in the face of basic biology and American common sense, turning state systems upside down to please radicals and international busybodies.

It should not take a federal investigation to admit what every parent, every daughter, and every sane adult knows: women’s rights cannot be protected if men are allowed to invade their spaces. Is this America, or a dystopian fever dream cooked up in San Francisco and exported to the rest of the country? Maybe it’s time for more states to stand up, kick out the woke nonsense, and actually defend our own citizens for a change.
