This weekend, leftist mobs stormed Department of Homeland Security buildings in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Portland, leaving mayhem in their wake. It’s not just a few bad apples. We’re talking about organized radicals who have no respect for our laws, our safety, or our nation’s institutions. Their so-called “No Kings” protests, aimed at undermining the Trump Administration, have turned into senseless riots. This is what passes for political action in liberal America.
Where’s the outrage from our elected officials? You won’t hear a peep from Democrat leaders. In fact, they’re likely cheering these anarchists on from behind closed doors. While hardworking Americans go about their daily lives, the left is busy burning, smashing, and attacking the very agencies sworn to protect us. The Department of Homeland Security isn’t just a random government office. It’s the shield that stands between everyday citizens and foreign threats, human traffickers, and criminals crossing our borders.
In LA, these radicals targeted federal buildings like it was some kind of game. In Chicago and Portland, the chaos was just as bad. Arrests were finally made, but everyone knows most of these agitators will be back on the street by Monday—probably with a slap on the wrist, thanks to the left’s soft-on-crime policies. Liberals in these cities have allowed lawlessness to grow like weeds, and now they act shocked when violent mobs strike government facilities.
This is the end result of years of anti-American rhetoric pushed by globalist progressives. They’ve taught young people to hate the very country that gives them the freedom to protest in the first place. And let’s not kid ourselves: If conservatives ever tried something like this, the media and Democrats would be calling for martial law. But when the radical left trashes our cities and storms federal buildings, it’s just another Saturday night. The double standard is as obvious as it is infuriating.
Patriots had better wake up. The far-left isn’t interested in peaceful protests or honest debate. They want to tear down America from the inside—and liberal elites are happy to hand them the matches. How much destruction does it take before blue-state leaders put their foot down? Or have they already decided law and order is just a relic of a country they’re trying to erase?
