The latest attack on our military should set off alarms for every patriotic American. An Iranian drone strike left a dozen of our brave servicemembers wounded—two of them in serious condition—and destroyed vital American aircraft, including KC-135 aerial tankers and an E-3 Sentry AWACS jet. The details are chilling. Not only did our enemies manage to damage some of the most important tools in our nation’s arsenal, they did it with shocking ease, right under our noses at a Saudi Arabian base that was supposed to be secure.
Let’s call this what it is: a stunning embarrassment and a wake-up call. While the left obsesses over “diversity” in leadership and virtue signals about climate change, our actual security is crumbling. This wasn’t just a lucky hit by Iran—it was proof that our enemies are watching, waiting, and no longer afraid of America’s response. Where was the ironclad defense? Where was the readiness we pay billions for? Our enemies know the leadership in charge is all bluster and no backbone.
But of course, the liberal elites and their globalist friends will brush this attack off as just another “incident.” They’ll write it off as a cost of doing business overseas. But it’s more than that. It’s a direct result of years spent hollowing out our military priorities in favor of woke policies and endless bureaucracy. The threat isn’t just from Iran—it’s from within, from a mindset that puts American lives and interests second.
The American people deserve real leadership, not empty promises and finger-pointing. Our soldiers put their lives on the line every day, and they need a Commander-in-Chief who treats national defense as more than a political talking point. It didn’t have to be this way. With genuine resolve and smart policies, this was a preventable disaster. But under current leadership, our vulnerabilities are exposed for the world to see.
Americans should be furious. How many warnings will it take before someone in Washington actually stands up and puts America first? Or are we just going to keep letting our enemies draw the line in the sand while our leaders draw nothing but paychecks?
