Every year, as Christians around the globe prepare for Holy Week, their brothers and sisters in Syria brace for terror. While Western elites sip lattes and preach about tolerance, real genocide rages in the Middle East. The Israeli government is begging the world to pay attention, but does anyone actually care about the Christians being hunted down by the Syrian regime and bloodthirsty jihadists? The silence from liberal politicians and so-called “human rights activists” is deafening.
It’s always the same story from the left. When Christians are persecuted, the news barely makes a blip. If this were any other group, Hollywood would be tripping over themselves to hold fundraisers, and the United Nations would be calling emergency sessions. But since these are Christians dying in Syria—murdered and terrorized by not only brutal dictators but by radical Islamists—the world shrugs its shoulders. The left’s anti-Christian bias couldn’t be clearer.
Let’s be honest: Syrian Christians are being slaughtered for their faith. Their communities are being wiped out, their churches burned, their families torn apart. The so-called “international community” loves to wag its finger at Israel, but when Israel tries to warn about this genocide, they’re ignored. Why? Because it’s inconvenient for the globalists and the open-borders crowd who want to paint every nation that defends Christians as the bad guy.
Even worse, American liberals sit quietly, too afraid to offend their woke buddies or challenge the narrative that paints all Muslims as innocent victims. This isn’t about hate or racism—it’s about facing ugly facts. Christians in Syria are under attack, and leftists are too busy virtue signaling on social media to care. Where’s the outrage from all the champions of “diversity and inclusion”?
How many more Christians have to die before anyone in power stands up and does something? Or is defending the faith only allowed when it can be used to bash America and her allies? Maybe the real question is: when will the world wake up and admit that Christian lives matter, too?
