Charles Barkley used to be known for his slam dunks and big opinions about basketball—now he’s shilling for the Democrat Party right in the middle of March Madness. Americans tune in for college hoops, not political lectures. But liberals just can’t help themselves. They’ll hijack any platform, even the most beloved sporting events, to push their agenda.
It’s almost laughable to see someone like Barkley—never exactly a card-carrying member of the left—suddenly parroting Democrat talking points about illegal immigration. Instead of sticking to the game, he decided to deliver a political message, right on air, to millions of fans who wanted nothing but sports. It’s another sad example of how the left tries to turn every moment into a lecture about their pet causes.
The truth is, regular Americans are fed up with this nonsense. Illegal immigration isn’t just a “topic” for debate on TV; it’s wrecking communities, straining our resources, and endangering our country’s future. But while Americans demand real solutions, wealthy celebs and Democrat puppets act like it’s just another talking point. Barkley’s comments are a disgrace to every hardworking American dealing with the fallout of open borders.
It’s easy for famous elites to shrug off the chaos. They live behind gates, protected from the crime and costs that are flooding into our country. Meanwhile, globalists and left-wing politicians keep pushing policies that put average citizens last. Their hypocrisy has no limit: they lecture us about “compassion” while turning their backs on law and order.
Americans don’t turn on March Madness to be insulted or fed propaganda. They want sports, not finger-wagging from out-of-touch stars. Maybe Charles Barkley should focus on basketball and leave the Democratic Party advertisements for the politicians. How long before every halftime show is just another campaign commercial for the radical left?
