The mainstream media keeps showing its true colors. When a young woman in Chicago is allegedly shot by an illegal migrant from Venezuela, you’d think this would be all over the headlines. But if it’s not part of the left’s open-borders agenda, the major networks barely give it the time of day. They’d rather sweep tragedy under the rug than admit the failures of their precious policies.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt isn’t having it. She came out swinging, exposing these networks for hiding a story that should outrage everyone. An American life lost, allegedly at the hands of someone who shouldn’t have even been in the country, and all the big name broadcasters go silent. If the roles were reversed, you know every outlet would be screaming about it for weeks.
This is what happens when the liberal elite put globalist interests above American safety. The left says they care about women, about our kids, about justice. But when an innocent Chicago student pays the price for their reckless border decisions, suddenly they’ve all lost their voices. Instead of honest reporting, they hand out excuses—if they mention it at all.
Let’s be real. The lack of coverage isn’t just laziness. It’s intentional. Too many in the media would rather protect their political allies than tell the truth about what’s happening in our cities. They don’t want ordinary Americans to see the dark side of their open-door immigration fantasies.
How many more families have to face heartbreak before liberals wake up? When will the media stop running cover for a broken system that puts criminals before citizens? America deserves answers, and the left’s silence speaks volumes. Where are their protests now?
