Trillion dollar giant flees New York as socialist chaos drives business out

It’s happening again. Another giant corporation is packing its bags and running away from the leftist circus known as New York City. Apollo Global Management—this isn’t some two-bit operation, it’s a trillion-dollar powerhouse—is looking for a new home away from the city’s suffocating socialist stupidity. Their plan? Set up a big, shiny second headquarters somewhere sensible, like Texas or Florida. Anyone surprised? Didn’t think so.

This is what you get when you let a filthy commie mayor run the show. Instead of fixing what’s broken—like the crime, crumbling infrastructure, and out-of-control homelessness—he’s obsessed with bleeding the people dry. He thinks raising taxes on successful companies and hard-working Americans will save his own mess of a city budget. The $5.4 billion black hole he’s dug with giveaways and handouts isn’t going to fill itself, so now the plan is: soak the rich, then soak them again. Who’s left to pay, once the job creators bail?

Liberals love to scream about “fairness” and “equity,” but all their big talk drives jobs and prosperity straight into the arms of pro-America states. Florida and Texas welcome success, defend freedom, and treat families with respect. No wonder companies—and millions of working Americans—are running there in droves. New York, run by anti-business ideologues, just doubles down on bad policy and smirks while the tax base disappears.

Maybe this is exactly what the globalist elites running blue cities want. Hollow out the middle class, push out the builders, then turn the city into just another playground for government leeches. After all, who cares about small businesses or entrepreneurs when you can score points with the woke crowd on Twitter?

Anyone with half a brain can see what’s coming. You keep squeezing the lifeblood out of your city, don’t be shocked when all you have left is crime, decay, and empty skyscrapers. Liberals can whine about “corporate greed” all they want, but nobody can be forced to fund their failed utopia forever. With leaders like this, maybe the last one left in New York should remember to turn off the lights.
