Florida is once again showing the rest of the country what true leadership looks like. Governor Ron DeSantis just signed a bill renaming the Palm Beach International Airport after President Donald J. Trump. Yes, you read that right: the Trump legacy is about to take flight, literally. While liberals whine and moan about everything Trump touches, Florida is doubling down and giving our 45th President the recognition he deserves.
Anyone surprised? Of course not. Palm Beach is Trump country, home to Mar-a-Lago and a thriving economy refusing to bow to the woke mob. DeSantis, not afraid to upset the liberal elites, took action where so many other politicians just offer empty words. Some may call this bold move “controversial,” but that’s only because they can’t stand watching America’s greatness honored.
Let’s not forget why this matters. Trump stood up to the globalists, secured our borders, and looked out for the forgotten men and women liberals love to ignore. Naming an airport after him sends a clear message: America celebrates success, not failure. Meanwhile, the left obsesses over tearing down statues and erasing history, desperate to rewrite our proud story. Well, Florida just made the history books a little harder to edit.
None of this shocked the mainstream media, who are out in force, sneering at anyone proud of their country. The same talking heads who praised Obama’s every move now clutch their pearls at the idea of an airport named for Trump. Hypocrisy knows no limits with these people, but Floridians are done listening to America-last lectures from coastal elites.
Trump International Airport is a hard-earned tribute. Get used to it, leftists. The American people still get to decide who our heroes are—not global corporations, not politicians hiding in Washington, and definitely not the anti-American crowd in Hollywood and New York. Maybe next time the left wants to complain, they should buy a ticket out of town—preferably from a Trump airport.
