Trump shames NATO for begging Iran while refusing American oil is Europe turning its back on the US

President Trump is once again doing what spineless globalists refuse to do—putting America first. While the world complains about oil shortages, Trump is offering a real solution: buy energy from the United States. It’s that simple. But, as always, the bureaucrats and so-called “allies” across the Atlantic are too cowardly or too arrogant to take up the offer. Instead of working with the world’s top oil producer, they’d rather lecture us about imaginary climate emergencies.

NATO countries have become a joke. They’re desperate for oil, but too stubborn or anti-American to buy it from the U.S. Instead, they whine and beg for handouts, expecting America to foot the bill like we always do. Yet when it’s time to stand with us or support our interests, they shrink into the background. Senior administration officials have every right to be frustrated. Who can blame them? It’s about time someone called out these freeloaders.

Meanwhile, Europe is considering turning to Iran—the same regime that funds terrorists and chants “Death to America.” That’s who liberals and Europeans want to enrich, rather than creating American jobs and boosting our economy. It’s insanity. Only the left would rather shake hands with America’s enemies than support our workers and our oil industry.

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and the Trump team are right to be disappointed by NATO’s cowardice. This isn’t just about oil. It’s about loyalty, responsibility, and having some backbone. But don’t expect liberals or globalists to get it; they’re too busy virtue-signaling and pretending to be “citizens of the world” while leaving hardworking American families behind.

How much longer will America let the world leech off our strength, then spit in our face when it counts? If these countries want to solve their oil crisis, the answer is staring them in the face: Buy American. Or go ahead—make a deal with Iran and see how well that works out. For the rest of us, the choice is clear. America should never apologize for standing tall, speaking plainly, and demanding respect.
