The war on common sense continues, folks. As the 2026 Winter Olympics loom on the horizon, the debate over fairness in female sports is heating up. Sensible minds like Sen. John Cornyn are stepping up to demand the International Olympic Committee (IOC) make a stand for what is right. It’s high time the IOC bans biological males from competing in women’s sports categories. And it’s about time someone in power said it loud and clear.
The left will have you believe that allowing biological males in female sports is about inclusivity. But let’s call it what it really is: an assault on fairness and safety. Women worked incredibly hard to carve out their own space in sports. Now, they’re being pushed aside by political correctness. It’s an upside-down world where common sense is sacrificed on the altar of woke ideology.
Cornyn’s emphasis on fairness is a no-brainer. Let’s break it down. Biological males often have physical advantages, like greater muscle mass and lung capacity. How is it fair to ask women to compete on the same level? Answer: it’s not. Allowing biological males to compete with women robs athletes too. Decades of progress in women’s sports are at risk, but the left would rather pat themselves on the back for being ‘inclusive.’
Safety is another issue altogether. Nobody seems to care about the very real safety concerns for female athletes. In contact sports, for example, mismatched physicality could lead to injuries. Where are the feminists now? Their silence is deafening.
The liberal agenda has hijacked yet another platform to push their radical views, leaving fairness and safety in the dust at the expense of our daughters’ dreams and aspirations. So, the big question remains: Will the IOC bow to the pressure of sensibility, or will they once again cater to the cries of the perpetually offended? Stay tuned, because the fight for fairness isn’t over.
