New York City continues its descent into chaos with its latest mayor-elect’s brazen support for lawlessness. Zohran Mamdani, the newest liberal poster child, is urging immigrants to “stand up to ICE.” This is exactly what happens when out-of-touch elites prioritize political correctness over safety and rule of law.
How reckless can it get? Encouraging defiance against law enforcement doesn’t show leadership. It shows pandering to radical left-wing agendas. ICE agents put their lives on the line to uphold immigration laws vital for national security, and undermining their work is a slap in the face to the rule of law.
New Yorkers deserve leaders who will stand up for policies that protect American citizens, not cater to globalist interests that prioritize illegal immigrants over law-abiding residents. Instead of supporting ICE in making our streets safer, Mamdani seems more interested in promoting open borders.
The hypocrisy here is loud and clear. Liberals claim to support laws when it suits them, like gun control, yet they openly defy immigration laws, encouraging chaos. It’s high time for a real conversation about where loyalties lie. Is it with Americans or with the liberal elite’s globalist fantasies?
If politicians like Mamdani want to help, how about supporting legal immigration and pushing for reforms that actually respect the rule of law? Or is that too much to ask from someone more interested in TV soundbites than real leadership? New Yorkers might ask themselves, is this the future they want?
