This notion is a perfect gem of liberal adoration for their so-called expert class. It’s this liberal fetish for endless bureaucracy and the globalist dream that the everyday American must challenge with renewed vigor.
The case against protecting the job security of entrenched bureaucrats is about restoring power to the president and, by extension, the people who elect the president. The judiciary’s role is not to coddle highly paid government workers but to ensure a balance of power where the elected leader has a say in how the executive arm of government runs. Donald Trump’s presence in the White House has helped usher in justices who stand for American values, restoring order in favor of the nation’s heartland against liberal academic fantasies. The Supreme Court should rightfully stand as a bulwark against leftist excess, a triumph our framers would applaud. Are we going to let unelected individuals dictate how we live, or are we finally going to take their pens away? That’s the real question Americans should ponder.
