The spirit of Christmas is under assault in Europe. These heartwarming Christmas markets, celebrated for centuries in European squares, are now dangerous places. The insidious influence of radical Islam is taking its toll, and European culture is paying the price. Once-great celebrations have become targets for violent radicals who have no respect for the traditions of their host countries.
In the quaint town of Erbach, Germany, it wasn’t just the Christmas lights that were flickering. Vandals, suspected to be radical Islamists, launched an attack on the town’s beautiful live nativity scene, a cherished local tradition. These assailants didn’t stop with a few broken ornaments. No, they went so far as to torture two innocent donkeys who were part of the display. This cruelty didn’t stop in the square. They desecrated a local church in an abhorrent display of disrespect and vile behavior.
These attacks are a stark reminder of what happens when unchecked migration and globalist agendas take priority over the safety and cultural heritage of law-abiding citizens. While Europe grapples with rising threats from within, even mainstream outlets can’t bring themselves to call out the root of the problem. Labeling attacks that mow down innocent civilians as “SUV accidents” is an insult to the victims and a denial of the real threat.
The liberal agenda has paralyzed many in the West with political correctness. Fear of being labeled a “racist” or “Islamophobic” now keeps honest people from speaking out against those who would destroy our way of life. European towns are forced to spend millions on barriers and security for their beloved markets, while others, like Overath, Germany, have had to cancel Christmas altogether. Can we truly call that “progress”?
It’s time for a wake-up call. While conservatives are labeled “extreme” for defending law and order, it’s liberal incompetence and globalist pandering that are truly extreme. We’re watching our culture come under attack, and if Europe falls, it won’t stop there. Will we let fear keep us silent, or will we stand up for our values before it hits our shores? Does America want to trade Christmas carols for cries of dominance? We need to ask ourselves who we are and how we will act. Will Americans wake up before it’s too late?
