Brussels’ Faceless Nativity Disaster Sparks Outrage Across Europe

In the latest assault on Western traditions, the bureaucrats in Brussels, city of the European Union, have gone to absurd lengths to appease their ever-growing Muslim migrant population. Their misguided idea? A faceless Nativity scene, supposedly designed to skirt around Islamic prohibitions on depictions of human forms. Instead of celebrating Christmas as it should be, with love and reverence, they’ve managed to successfully offend everyone—with Christians rightfully outraged and radical Islamists still intent on wreaking havoc.

Is anyone really surprised that this pathetic attempt to please everyone pleased absolutely no one? In their attempt at inclusion or compromise, Brussels leaders have essentially gutted the spiritual heart of the Nativity, reducing it to a hollow political stunt. The truth is, our traditions are under attack. Leftists and their radical allies have no interest in finding middle ground. They’re pushing hard against Western culture, demanding concessions while refusing to budge an inch themselves.

All this politicking didn’t work one bit. The faceless figures were vandalized almost immediately, with the head of the baby Jesus cruelly stolen and inflammatory slogans defacing the scene. This isn’t merely an attack on sacred Christian traditions; it’s a stark refusal to coexist peacefully. Just like historical instances where sacred art was defaced, this is about domination and destruction—there’s no place for naivety here.

What we’re seeing is the marriage of liberal incompetence and radical fervor, a corrosive combo threatening the very foundations of Judeo-Christian Western civilization. Brussels, by trying to appease the unappeasable, has shown what happens when you compromise your core values: complete and utter failure. It’s clear our treasured customs and beliefs are being dismantled by those who see no value in them.

We can no longer afford to turn the other cheek. It’s time to stand firm and cherish our rich cultural heritage. Will we let the Brussels debacle become our own future, bowing down to idealistic concepts of inclusion that mean losing what defines us? The time has come to choose—tradition or capitulation?
