The Biden Administration has once again put its liberal agenda ahead of American innovation and freedom by attacking digital assets and using debanking as a weapon against those who dare to think differently. Just like in the Obama years, this administration seems eager to pick winners and losers based on its biased worldview. We’re watching the heavy hand of government squeeze out businesses and organizations that simply don’t fit into their narrow-minded agenda.
The recent findings reveal that the Biden regime utilized vague rules and backdoor pressure tactics to smash innovation in the digital space. They couldn’t stand the flourishing of an industry they couldn’t control, so they labeled it risky, hoping to justify their overreach. Not coincidentally, it was only the groups and industries they disagreed with—like the crypto industry and conservative-leaning entities—that faced the axe. This is a chilling assault on the free market, all in the name of their so-called “risk” management.
It’s even more appalling when you think about the excuses coming from Biden’s bureaucrats. They cry about digital assets being used for illegal activities, yet their own admissions show that these issues are nowhere near the level seen with traditional currencies. This is merely a thin veil for the administration’s true aim: control. They openly admit the scale of issues with digital assets is limited, but still, they press on with their anti-innovation crusade. Critical thinking and freedom be damned, right?
While Representative French Hill and others fight to clear the regulatory fog for digital assets, the Biden team continues to mire us in confusion and regression. They’re stifling ingenuity at a time when America should be leading the charge. The House’s new report sheds light on these shady dealings, but the ball is in Congress’s court to ensure this debanking farce is not replayed under any future Democratic rule.
Trump understood the value of innovation and issued an executive order to stop this nonsense. Congress needs to step up and cement it before the left can wreck it again. How much longer must we endure liberal hypocrisy that clamps down on prosperity just to fit their narrow narrative? Stand up, speak out, and demand real freedom!
