Oregon moves to ban hunting and fishing next your burger could be illegal

Oregon is at it again. Just when you thought the left couldn’t get more out of touch, a new petition is gaining steam to ban hunting and even fishing. That’s right — the backbone of American tradition, tossed aside because a few radical activists think catching dinner is “cruelty.” Is this still the United States, or have we fallen into some bizarre globalist utopia where eating a cheeseburger makes you a criminal?

Let’s call this what it is: the woke agenda run amok. These activists want to push their twisted worldview onto every last Oregonian—and if it works there, you can bet California, New York, and every other liberal playground will be next. They don’t care about rural families who rely on hunting and fishing for food. They don’t care about sportsmen who manage wildlife and protect our lands. This is about control—stripping away freedom with every new crazy law.

The organizers behind this push are targeting hunting and ranching, the very lifeblood of the state’s economy and culture. If these radicals get their way, guess what? Your good, honest way of living is now “animal cruelty.” The men and women who built this country off the land—now recast as villains in their upside-down moral universe. Meanwhile, real animal abuse is ignored, cities are overrun with crime, but heaven forbid a kid goes fishing with grandpa.

This isn’t about animals. It’s about power. It’s about turning hard-working hunters, ranchers, and fishermen into criminals while virtue-signaling elites enjoy imported steaks and sushi behind closed doors. Nothing screams hypocrisy like liberals outlawing a tradition as old as America while lecturing you from their air-conditioned wine bars.

Oregonians, and frankly every American, should see this for what it is—a direct attack on freedom, heritage, and common sense. The anti-hunting mob won’t stop at rifles and fishing poles. What’s next? Outlawing backyard barbecues? Outlawing Thanksgiving turkeys? Maybe they’d just prefer we all eat tofu and bugs, in true globalist fashion.

Once again, it takes the left about five seconds to forget what really made this country strong: self-reliance, family tradition, and the right to live off the land. If shooting a deer or catching a salmon makes you a criminal, then what kind of future are we handing to our children? Will we stand up, or let America be run by out-of-touch, anti-freedom zealots? The choice is simple.
