When Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez traveled to Germany, she managed to do the unthinkable—embarrass herself so badly that even the liberal media couldn’t look away. The so-called progressive darling filmed some videos that were so cringeworthy, even the New York Times decided to call her out. And if the Times, the loyal lapdog of the Democratic Party, can’t defend AOC, you know things are really going off the rails.

Let’s face it—Democrats have a problem. The establishment got burned once with Kamala Harris, the queen of empty word salad and gaffe machines. Now, they see AOC making a fool of herself on the world stage and realize they can’t afford to let another radical lightweight take the spotlight. Remember, these are the same elite liberals who want to lecture everyday Americans on everything from climate change to gender identity. Yet, when their own stars speak, they practically trip over their own talking points.

The Germany fiasco shows exactly what happens when leftists chase global attention instead of fixing problems in their own backyard. Rather than standing up for America, AOC went abroad and managed to spread more confusion than unity.
