Once again, America’s justice system is failing its own citizens, all thanks to the never-ending parade of activist Obama judges. When confronted with the case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia—a man reportedly connected to MS-13 and human trafficking—a federal judge bent over backwards to keep him on American soil. What happened to law and order? What happened to protecting the decent, hard-working families who just want safe neighborhoods for their kids? It seems these days, if you’re a dangerous criminal with the right connections or background, the left is ready to roll out the red carpet.
You’d think gang members wouldn’t stand a chance in an American courtroom. But under liberal rule, our entire legal system has turned upside down. Instead of holding criminals accountable, activist judges are finding new ways to coddle them, putting their so-called “rights” above the safety of law-abiding citizens. MS-13 isn’t just a random club—it’s one of the most violent gangs on earth. Yet somehow, keeping Kilmar Abrego Garcia in America is what passes for “justice” with liberals in black robes.
Let’s not kid ourselves. This is political. Obama-appointed judges know exactly what they’re doing. They undermine our immigration laws under the excuse of “compassion,” while ignoring the real victims—American families terrorized by gangs and drug traffickers. Liberals love to lecture about fairness, but their version of fairness seems to mean opening the doors for human traffickers and thugs, while honest Americans pay the price.
Meanwhile, the globalist elite and their friends in the media look the other way. They pretend there’s some moral high ground in giving criminals a free pass, as though MS-13 is full of misunderstood poets instead of ruthless predators. It’s a slap in the face to every American who wants their country to be safe and their communities strong. Where is the outrage for the people whose lives are destroyed by gang violence?
If this is what passes for “justice” in Joe Biden’s America, then every law-abiding citizen should be worried. The question now isn’t whether we can fix this broken system—it’s whether our leaders even want to. Or are they just happy to let chaos reign, as long as it helps their radical agenda? America deserves better.
