The left loves to talk about equality—unless it’s inconvenient for their latest woke agenda. Over in Madison, Wisconsin, a middle school decided the best way to build “community” was to host a free brunch—but only for Black students and staff. Not Hispanic, not Asian, not White. If you don’t check their preferred racial box, you’re out. This is what leftists call “progress.”

Here’s the real kicker: Democrats have been screeching for weeks that any attempt to secure our schools and communities, like the SAVE Act, is somehow a revival of Jim Crow. But when these same so-called champions of civil rights are faced with a blatant, in-your-face example of segregation in our schools, their response is total silence. Not one liberal politician is condemning this racist, divisive event. Their selective outrage is embarrassing.

Apparently, it’s fine to discriminate these days—so long as you’re discriminating against the “wrong” kind of people. The invitation to this brunch made it crystal clear: if you don’t “self-identify” as Black or African American, don’t bother showing up. This isn’t “inclusion.” It’s a slap in the face to every student and staff member who’s told they don’t belong at an event paid for with tax dollars.

Let’s be honest: this insanity breaks federal law. Title VI of the Civil Rights Act is supposed to protect Americans from exactly this kind of discrimination in any school taking government money. The law doesn’t care about skin color—discrimination is discrimination. If any conservative school tried to hold a “whites only” event, the left would be marching in the streets and calling in the feds. But when the woke crowd is caught doing the very thing they claim to oppose, they play dumb and hope no one notices.

The left has lost all credibility on civil rights. They’ll scream about “hate” when a Christian business owner supports traditional values, but they’re all smiles when real, government-backed segregation is happening right under their noses. If Democrats genuinely cared about equal rights, they’d be condemning this madness, but don’t hold your breath. Maybe the next time they lecture Americans about “equity,” they should look in the mirror and explain why some kids are punished just for being born the wrong color. How’s that for progress?
