It’s official—Democrats have absolutely no shame left. They’re now bragging about plans to boycott or disrupt President Trump’s State of the Union address. Not content to simply disagree, they have to turn everything into a circus. The left can’t even pretend to act like adults anymore. Instead of showing up and doing the job they were elected to do, some Democrats openly talk about walking out or skipping the event for some cheap political stunt.
Even voices inside their own party are sick of it. When a prominent Democrat celebrity actually calls out his own team for being childish, you know it’s bad. Instead of offering real solutions or just facing up to tough conversations, top liberals would rather run away in protest. This is the same party that wants to run Washington? If they can’t answer basic foreign policy questions or handle a speech, how can anyone trust them to lead on the world stage? It’s pure incompetence—right out in the open for everyone to see.
It gets worse. These so-called “leaders” talk about dignity and respect when it suits them. But as soon as President Trump takes the stage, they treat the Office of the President—and by extension, the country itself—with total contempt. Americans go to work every day, deal with people they don’t like, and still get the job done. But Democrats in Congress think the rules don’t apply to them. Instead, they throw tantrums and expect applause from their activist base.
Let’s be honest—this isn’t about standing up for principles. It’s about grabbing attention and virtue signaling to the far-left mob on social media. The American people aren’t buying it. Regular citizens want lawmakers who fight for them, not a bunch of freeloaders skipping out because their feelings are hurt. If an average American acted this way at work, they’d be fired on the spot. Why do lawmakers get a free pass?
While President Trump leads the country toward a new era of strength and prosperity, Democrats would rather play dress-up and storm out of the room. Here’s a wild idea: Maybe it’s time for them to grow up, put America first, and actually do the job they were hired to do. Or is that just too much to ask in today’s upside-down Democratic Party?
