Once again, the so-called guardians of our Constitution have shown how out of touch they are with the needs of American workers. The Supreme Court just blocked President Trump’s bold move to put America first with global tariffs. Instead of backing a leader who stands up to foreign freeloaders, the Court sided with the bureaucrats and globalists who have spent decades shipping our jobs out of the country.
Trump tried to use his rightful authority to level the playing field. For years, American businesses got crushed by cheap goods and unfair trade from China and other countries who couldn’t care less about American families. Tariffs were supposed to be a powerful weapon—finally giving American workers a fighting chance. But the Supreme Court thinks it should be more important to protect foreign competition than help our citizens.
Liberals and their deep-state allies are probably cheering right now. They love to talk big about “saving American manufacturing,” but when it comes time to act, they stab working people in the back. They hide behind complicated court decisions and pretend it’s all about the law, not politics. But let’s not kid ourselves—this is about pleasing their globalist friends and keeping cheap junk flowing into our stores.
It’s clear who benefits from this disastrous ruling: the same out-of-touch elites who never have to worry about losing their jobs to foreign sweatshops. Regular Americans—factory workers, truckers, people just trying to pay the bills—lose out once again. The Left won’t be satisfied until every last American is working for minimum wage, while they pat themselves on the back for being “world citizens.”
How many more times will our leaders and judges betray the people they’re supposed to serve? When will they finally put America ahead of the globalists and their cheap-labor buddies? Maybe it’s time the Court remembered whose side they’re supposed to be on. Or is championing foreign interests the new American way?
