Now, our own home-grown lunatics are making things even worse. Case in point: Dawson Noah Maloney, who tried—and failed—to torch a Las Vegas-area power station with thermite and guns. This isn’t something out of the latest Netflix thriller. It’s right here, right now, on American soil—while the left whistles past the graveyard.

While globalist elites drone on about “external threats,” they ignore that our open borders and rotten priorities breed chaos at home. We’re used to hearing the media parrot warnings about radical Islamic terror. But they conveniently ignore the ticking time bomb that is homegrown disorder—because that forces them to reckon with their own broken policies. When someone tries to shut down a city’s power grid, it’s not just vandalism. It’s war on civilization. But don’t expect CNN to say it that way. They’re too busy making excuses.

The truth is, if law enforcement hadn’t stepped in, who knows how many lives would have been upended or worse? Imagine the mayhem, the blackouts, the hospitals powerless, businesses shuttered, families left in the dark. Liberals want us to believe criminals are victims, but the real victims would have been regular, hardworking Americans. And for what? Some deranged need for attention? Maybe a twisted political agenda? The left never asks these questions—they’re too busy wringing their hands about “root causes.”

The incompetence doesn’t stop there. Our so-called “leaders” spend billions on solar boondoggles and wind farms that barely work when the sun goes down or the wind dies. But protecting the actual backbone of modern life—our critical infrastructure—barely makes the news. Liberals yap nonstop about climate change while real threats like this go ignored. Is it any wonder people panic-buy generators every time the lights flicker?

Let’s call this what it is—a direct hit on our American way of life, and a wake-up call. Law enforcement did their job, but will our politicians wake up and do theirs? Or will they keep chasing unicorns while maniacs try to plunge whole cities into darkness? If this is “progress,” count me out.
