Vladimir Putin must really think Americans can’t see what he’s cooking up with Iran. As tensions boil in the Middle East, President Trump is putting American muscle on full display and warning Tehran to back off. But look who’s suddenly sliding in to play hero for the world’s biggest sponsor of terrorism—good old Putin in Moscow. It’s almost like Russia and Iran are swapping high-fives behind the scenes while pretending to sneer at the West.
Anyone with a working brain knows President Trump isn’t the kind of leader who lets dictators and radicals push America around. Unlike the weak-willed liberal crowd who clutch their pearls and issue “strongly worded statements,” Trump draws bright red lines and means it. But now, as U.S. forces ramp up in the region to keep Iran’s lies in check, Putin leaps, arms wide, to shield the ayatollahs from the consequences of their own recklessness. Why? Because any chance for Russia to stick it to America is a chance Putin will take, no matter how dangerous or dishonest.
Liberals spent years selling the nonsense that Trump “colluded” with Russia. But now that Moscow is openly cozying up to Iran—and undermining American strength—where’s the outrage from the left? Nowhere. The Biden types and globalist pundits rush to downplay Putin’s moves, pretend it’s all just gamesmanship, and act like Team America should sit on its hands. Their hypocrisy couldn’t be more obvious. When Trump sends a warning to Iran, it’s “dangerous bluster.” When Putin enables Iranian bluffs, it’s “complex diplomacy.” Give us a break.
Here’s the truth: the world’s worst villains respect Trump’s America, because they know we won’t beg for their approval or tiptoe around their threats. Putin might think he’s found the perfect moment to meddle, betting that American resolve will weaken. But he’s dead wrong. Moscow propping up Tehran’s thugs won’t scare Trump off—it’ll only bring more heat down on the terrorists and those who bankroll them.
Why is it so hard for liberals to notice which side actually stands up for America? Maybe they’d rather cover for Putin and Iran than admit Trump actually keeps our country safe. The American people see the game. And so does President Trump. Putin can try to hide in plain sight, but no one’s fooled. If Putin thinks he’s dealing with Obama 2.0, he’s in for a rude awakening.
