Liberals Mock American Pride at Olympics and Patriots Are Fighting Back

There they go again. Liberals are rolling their eyes at Americans who dare to feel pride in their country during the Olympics. It’s gotten so bad that they’re even trying to justify a lack of patriotism as if love for America is something to be ashamed of. While our athletes put everything on the line for the red, white, and blue, left-wing elites act like waving the flag is some kind of crime.

It’s hard to ignore the hypocrisy here. The same crowd that shouts “unity” is more than happy to dump on American pride at every turn. They claim that being proud of our country is “problematic.” Yet, when it comes to pushing their own agenda, suddenly they remember how to use their voices. Conservatives and Republican lawmakers aren’t having it—they’re calling out this anti-American nonsense and defending the values that made this country great.

This attack on patriotism isn’t just embarrassing—it’s dangerous. When Americans stop believing in their country, that’s exactly when globalists and leftist ideologues gain ground. This is the Olympics, after all. If we can’t cheer for our own athletes, who will? The left acts like celebrating America is outdated or uncool, but millions of regular people know better. Our Olympians deserve respect, not disdain, for representing us on the world stage.

Of course, this isn’t just about sports. It’s about the soul of our nation. The left wants to chip away at everything that unites us—our values, our traditions, and even our love for the flag. They prefer self-loathing and endless complaining instead of uniting behind American greatness. It’s no wonder conservatives and GOP leaders are standing up and fighting back.

Americans should never apologize for their patriotism, especially when the world is watching. If believing in your own country offends the liberal elite, maybe that says more about them than it does about us. Maybe, just maybe, that’s why more people are getting tired of all the complaining and starting to cheer even louder. So, here’s a question for the America-haters: If you can’t root for your own country, why are you even watching the Olympics?
