Once again, Judge Aileen Cannon is standing up to the leftist mob and protecting the rule of law. Liberals are fuming this week after Judge Cannon blocked the blanket release of special counsel Jack Smith’s all-important report on the Mar-a-Lago documents case. Their anti-Trump witch hunt keeps hitting roadblocks, and it’s clear they can’t stand it. They thought this case would be their slam-dunk to take down Trump before the next election, but the truth just isn’t going their way.
The mainstream media and their friends in Washington love to act like Jack Smith is some kind of hero. But anyone paying attention can see what’s really going on. Politicized prosecutors and globalist elites are desperate to control the narrative, shred Trump’s reputation, and distract Americans from real issues. They want everything in Smith’s report dumped out in the public just in time to smear the leading Republican candidate. This isn’t law and order; it’s a political hit job, plain and simple.
Judge Cannon saw right through their dirty game. She didn’t let the full report into the open just because Democrats stomped their feet and whined on cable TV. Only one volume of Smith’s report has been made public so far. And that’s driving the left crazy. They don’t care about fairness. They want headlines, endless leaks, and anything to keep their hollow narrative alive. Remember, when the situation is flipped and it’s their allies under investigation, these same folks scream about privacy, due process, and “protecting the system.”
The double standard is stunning. Clinton, Biden, Obama—the list of Democrats with questionable records on classified documents goes on and on. Where was all this outrage then? Now, when Trump faces yet another baseless legal lynching, suddenly the rules just don’t matter to the left. If you’re on their blacklist, you’re guilty until proven innocent. Americans are sick of this two-tiered justice system.
Judge Cannon is showing real backbone. She refuses to let partisan, anti-American forces run the courtroom or the country. Her decision is a win for every American who believes in due process and not just the whims of some DC elite. If only more judges had her guts, maybe this country wouldn’t be circling the drain right now. Does anyone really think the same treatment would be given to an Obama or Clinton? Not a chance.
