Supreme Court ruling hands US power to foreign rivals as America pays the price for weakness

America’s enemies and so-called “allies” are now on the attack again, fresh off a Supreme Court decision that strips away President Trump’s power to hit foreign cheaters with tough tariffs. The countries that used to tremble at the threat of American trade muscle are suddenly finding their voice — and predictably, it’s full of demands. They want “clarity” from us. They’re delaying meetings. In other words, they sense weakness in Washington, and liberals are cheering it on.

This is what happens when the left gets its way in American courts. The very tools President Trump used to force fair trade, bring jobs home, and stop China’s cheating are being torn up. The decision basically neuters any future president who dares to put America first at the negotiating table. Now foreign bureaucrats, who always despised Trump’s America-First agenda, are lining up to take advantage of the chaos the Supreme Court just unleashed.

These trade deals weren’t built on trust—they were shaped with American steel and real backbone. Trump wasn’t afraid to stand up to Europe, Canada, or Mexico, and they only came to the table once the tariffs started hurting their pockets. Now those same countries are acting like they can dictate terms. Why? Because they think the Biden administration and their globalist pals are desperate for approval from the United Nations crowd.

Liberals love to talk about “global cooperation” and “fair markets,” but let’s call this what it is: surrender. They’re quick to gut anything that made America stronger if it means earning a pat on the back from their buddies overseas. Every time our leaders get weak or apologize, foreign governments see dollar signs—and American workers pay the price. The Supreme Court’s ruling just handed our leverage to the very nations that have drained our factories for decades.

If this is what the left calls “progress,” then it’s progress for everyone but Americans. The world is laughing as our leaders tie their own hands. How long before we finally wake up and ask—who are our courts and politicians really fighting for? It sure isn’t you.
