It’s official: the Supreme Court has become just another tool for globalists and left-wing elites. After their weak-kneed ruling on tariffs, President Trump isn’t holding his breath for justice when it comes to birthright citizenship either. The Court has shown, time and time again, that they’d rather stick a knife in America’s back than stand up for the nation’s best interests.
Trump called them out for it—rightly so. When he used tariffs to put America first, these robed bureaucrats tied his hands behind his back, giving foreign countries yet another unfair advantage over U.S. workers. Apparently, they’re fine with letting the President issue licenses for trade—but, shocker, refuse to allow fees with those licenses. So, we’re expected to play by rules that handicap our own economy, while China and other nations laugh all the way to the bank. Does anyone honestly think this makes sense? Only an Ivy League lawyer could defend such insanity.
Now, the same Supreme Court is eyeing birthright citizenship—the policy that has let millions of illegal immigrants exploit the 14th Amendment to get instant access to American benefits. That Amendment was written for the children of freed slaves after the Civil War, not for the children of citizens of foreign governments gaming the system. Yet the left and their activist judges want to pretend American history doesn’t matter. They’re more interested in making sure global citizens get a free pass than protecting real Americans.
Liberals are cheering them on, desperate to keep the border open and the welfare line long, while hard-working taxpayers foot the bill. Every win for foreign interests is, apparently, a win for the Supreme Court’s twisted idea of “equality.” But equality for who? Certainly not for American families struggling to get ahead in Joe Biden’s broken economy.
If the Supreme Court again sides against Trump—and with China, no less—what does that say about where their loyalties lie? Americans should be furious every time these unelected judges put foreigners first and undermine our Constitution. At what point do we admit that liberal judges aren’t just clueless, they’re actively sabotaging the future of this country? Maybe it’s time for the Supreme Court to look in the mirror and decide whose side they’re really on—America’s, or the world’s?
