Once again, the Supreme Court stands on the edge of doing what it does best these days—letting down the American people and the Constitution. President Trump has sounded the alarm. He sees the writing on the wall. The highest court in the land is all too willing to bend, twist, and outright ignore the law when it suits the woke agenda—especially on issues like birthright citizenship.
For decades, Americans have watched globalist elites use birthright citizenship as a tool to undermine our sovereignty. While hardworking citizens pay their taxes and play by the rules, the left cheers as foreigners come across our borders, have children, and suddenly claim the privileges of American citizenship. It’s a sham. It’s an insult to every legal immigrant who did it the right way.
If Trump’s executive order only recognizes babies born to citizen parents as Americans, why is this controversial? Simple. The radical left doesn’t care about American values or national identity. They want open borders, endless welfare, and more guaranteed voters for their crumbling party. That’s the game. That’s why they’re desperate for the courts to strike down anything that puts America first.
Let’s not kid ourselves—the Supreme Court is hardly a fortress of conservative values anymore. Too many justices are more concerned about their reputations among the D.C. cocktail set than upholding the Constitution. Time and again, conservatives have trusted the Court to do the right thing, only to watch it cave in to pressure from activist mobs and the global left.
The truth is, birthright citizenship is just another battle line between those who love America and those who want to erase its borders. If the Supreme Court fails yet again, it’s because they’re bowing to fear and political correctness—not the American people. How much longer are patriots supposed to just sit back while our nation is carved up by globalists and their enablers in black robes?
