The real border crisis is back in the headlines, and it’s uglier than ever. Mexican special forces just took down “El Tuli,” a monster responsible for a wave of cartel terrorism that looked more like a warzone than the neighbor to America’s south. This isn’t some small-time criminal. We’re talking about the right-hand man to one of the deadliest cartel bosses. The only way authorities finally caught him was by force—because that’s the only language cartel killers understand.
Here’s what the liberal media doesn’t want to talk about: Cartel terrorists were paying bounties for every Mexican government soldier murdered. Let that sink in—cash bonuses for killing law enforcement. This is what open borders, globalist “humanitarian” claptrap, and decades of Democrat weakness have created right on our doorstep. The left can dye their hair blue and chant about “dignity” and “reform” all they want. But this is reality: innocent people butchered, airports attacked, tourists trapped, and National Guard troops gunned down in broad daylight.
The violence got so out of hand that American tourists had to shelter in place. It wasn’t just a few “isolated incidents.” Airports were under siege, cartels threatened to storm homes and hotels, and nobody dared set foot on the street. Tell a Texas rancher or an Arizona mom that the border is “secure.” Liberals won’t, because they know it’s a lie. Safe, orderly migration is a fantasy put out by ivory tower elites who have bodyguards and gated mansions. Regular Americans pay the price—insecurity, drugs, chaos.
What finally stopped the bloodbath? Was it some puffed-up UN “task force”? Was it a well-meaning college panel about “drug policy reform”? Of course not. The only answer was overwhelming force and a shootout that left drug money, weapons, and a dead cartel boss as proof. The left likes to pretend “violence isn’t the answer.” That’s easy to say when you live a thousand miles from the carnage and have never lost a loved one to fentanyl or cartel crossfire.
The fight may have calmed for now, flights are back, and the so-called “stability” has returned. But let’s not kid ourselves. This is what decades of open border hypocrisy, cartel appeasement, and globalist cowardice get us—blood in the streets, chaos at the airports, and families running for their lives. Our politicians have a choice. Stand strong, seal the border, and send a message. Or keep pretending the monsters will just go away if we sing Kumbaya loud enough. How many more innocents have to die before the left wakes up?
