David Hogg is at it again. Every time there’s a microphone nearby, you can bet he’ll blame American gun owners for problems they didn’t create. This time, he’s trying to connect law-abiding Americans to the weapons cartels are using across the border, like it’s Uncle Joe from down the street handing rifles straight to the drug lords. It’s nonsense, plain and simple.
Liberals like Hogg love to scream about so-called “gun violence” and pretend it’s all America’s fault. They ignore the facts. The real issue is the failure of the Biden administration to protect our borders. When cartels are running wild, smuggling people and drugs, it’s laughable to say it’s gun owners’ fault. Washington left our streets open, and now they want to blame the innocent instead of cleaning up their own mess.
Every time he opens his mouth about the Second Amendment, it’s clear Hogg knows next to nothing about firearms or the law. Yet the mainstream media props him up as some kind of expert, while real Americans—hunters, veterans, law-abiding parents—are demonized for simply exercising their rights. These activists love to spread fear but never let the facts get in the way of their tired narrative.
Here’s what liberals won’t admit: most cartel weapons don’t come from your neighbor’s gun safe. They come from corrupt militaries, foreign suppliers, and black markets fueled by criminal networks. The globalist agenda always finds a way to twist things around and attack American values. Instead of facing the truth about border security, the Left would rather turn regular citizens into scapegoats.
Let’s call this out for what it is. The incompetence of open-border politicians and their media lapdogs is hurting this country. Blaming law-abiding gun owners for cartel violence is like blaming your car for someone else’s accident. Maybe it’s time the loudest critics learned something about reality before shouting over everyone else. Or maybe the Left just hates the Second Amendment so much, they’ll blame anything—and anyone—to destroy it.
