Newark erupts in chaos as officials blame ICE for car chase caused by failed sanctuary policies

Lawless chaos struck again in Newark, New Jersey. This time, a car chase broke out as Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers did their job — going after suspects who shouldn’t even be on American streets to begin with. By the time it was over, multiple vehicles were smashed up. The city’s so-called leaders are already tripping over themselves to point fingers at ICE rather than asking why criminals were running free in the first place.

Consider the hypocrisy. Progressive politicians in places like Newark slam ICE at every turn. They handcuff law enforcement, shield illegal aliens, and flaunt their “sanctuary” status. Then, when ICE steps up to enforce federal law—laws that exist to keep all Americans safe—the left blames the chaos on the people trying to do their jobs. If the city wasn’t inviting lawbreakers in with open arms, maybe there wouldn’t be dangerous car chases in the first place.

The truth is simple, even if liberals don’t want to hear it. Illegal immigration brings crime. When officials fail to cooperate with federal immigration authorities, it invites more criminals into the community—and, yes, more chaos on the roads. But instead of working with ICE, the Newark mayor and his allies bend over backward to protect people who have no right to be here. How much more damage must be done before these politicians put Americans first?

Globalist interests, open-borders radicals, and anti-American bureaucrats are running the show. Meanwhile, everyday citizens get caught in the crossfire. Law-abiding drivers pay the price, while liberal leaders cry crocodile tears and refuse to take responsibility for the mess their own policies create. It’s a never-ending blame game, and the American people are sick of it.

Maybe the real question is why Newark’s mayor is so quick to point fingers at ICE instead of at the failed, lawless sanctuary policies that caused the problem. If our leaders spent more time supporting law enforcement and less time playing politics, maybe we wouldn’t need to worry about dangerous criminals tearing down our streets in the first place. Is it really so controversial to expect the people in charge to protect Americans before anyone else?
