The so-called “peace” talks with Iran are dragging on—shocker. Once again, the Biden-era globalist crowd in Washington can’t get their act together and put America first. Iran’s regime is still at the table, still playing games, while the world waits to see if they’ll give up their nuclear ambitions. Meanwhile, American officials are being forced to get tough because empty words don’t scare the world’s biggest sponsors of terror.
Here’s the simple truth liberal media won’t admit: Iran can’t be trusted. For decades, their rulers have poured money and weapons into terrorists who attack Americans and our allies. Yet every time a Democrat sits in the Oval Office, we get another round of “diplomacy” and another pile of broken promises. Now, as the deadline closes in, President Trump is reportedly giving Iran just days to make a choice—either destroy their main nuclear sites and hand over their enriched uranium, or face the music. That’s the real leadership missing for so long in D.C.
Liberals love to pretend that talking with dictators is a kind of grand strategy. They claim it’s peace, but it’s really weakness on parade. The Iran Deal of years past led to disaster, with pallets of cash handed over while America got nothing but insults in return. This time, we see a different approach. The U.S. is moving jets and warships into position, letting Iran know that this administration isn’t bluffing. America’s enemies only understand strength.
Every American should remember that the Iranian regime has spent decades spreading violence and hate across the Middle East and beyond. For 47 years, the people there have lived under a dark cloud, held hostage by their leaders’ radical dreams. The left may swoon over “diplomatic breakthroughs,” but real peace comes from a position of power—not bowing and scraping to thugs who threaten the world.
This is what happens when America leads again. Trump isn’t sending soft signals. He’s making it clear—deal or face consequences. The question the left never wants to answer is simple: Would you rather negotiate from strength, or let radical regimes walk all over us? It’s time to stop playing nice with the world’s biggest bullies. America deserves better.
