Just like that, a cold-blooded killer slips through the cracks, and the left cheers on another win for criminals.
Here’s the ugly truth: The judge blocked the murder charge that could have put this thug on death row, all because of a technicality. The system now insists that the death penalty only applies if the killing happened during some other “crime of violence.” Since when did murder stop being violent enough for tough punishment? Liberals and their activist judges want to tie the hands of law enforcement and go easy on the worst of the worst.
Federal prosecutors could have fought back—they could have challenged this disgraceful decision. But instead, they caved in and did nothing. Where’s the outrage for families of victims? Where’s the justice for Americans who want to walk their streets without fear? This isn’t just legal incompetence; this is surrendering to the radical agenda that values the rights of criminals more than the safety of law-abiding citizens.
Every time power-hungry elites weaken our laws, it’s the innocent who suffer. The left talks about “compassion” and “equity,” but in reality, it’s just a code word for chaos.
