For years, the liberal media has tried to sell Americans on the idea that Iranians love their brutal, theocratic rulers. They paint the Ayatollahs as misunderstood and veil any hint of resistance sweeping through the country. But now, as the West finally stands up to the oppressive regime, new reports show something astonishing: Iranians everywhere, especially those with family and friends still trapped inside that miserable dictatorship, are celebrating. They’re taking to the streets, hopeful that regime change could finally be on the horizon.

How sad is it that the so-called global “experts”—the same people who always seem eager to coddle dictators—never saw this coming? Let’s be clear: a free Iran is bad news for globalists and America’s enemies, but great news for everyone else. If the Iranian people can finally shake off their oppressors, maybe next time the world won’t need to wait for Western strength.
