Liberal judges and anti-Trump activists are at it again, and this time, everyday American shoppers are getting caught in their pathetic political games. Now, customers have filed lawsuits against two major companies—FedEx and the maker of Ray-Bans—over tariffs. Why? Because they want refunds tied to import taxes that President Trump had the guts to slap on foreign products.
Here’s the real story: President Trump tried to protect American businesses and workers from greedy globalists and China’s never-ending hustle. He put tariffs on imports to make sure our country stopped getting ripped off. But the liberal Supreme Court decided he didn’t have the “legal authority” to do it—because when it comes to defending America, the left will bend the rules to protect their globalist buddies every single time.
Now we have retail customers looking for handouts, suing companies for payments linked to those tariffs. But where were these lawsuits when millions of American jobs were shipped overseas? Where were these lawsuits when factories in Ohio and Michigan shut their doors? This is the same kind of backward thinking that got us stuck with empty stores and shuttered towns in the first place.
Let’s not ignore the real problem here: global corporations and their allies in the courtroom looking for loopholes while working families pay the price. The left screams about fairness but is all too happy to throw borders, jobs, and common sense out the window if it means appeasing foreign elites. If the Supreme Court sides with them, America loses. Period.
Trump called out the broken system and tried to fix it. He took swings at China and made the world respect us again. But liberals, judges, and corporate cronies can’t stand to see America put first. They love finding ways to point fingers at the people actually fighting for this country. It begs the question—when will Americans finally say enough is enough?
