It looks like the Democrats are once again playing games with America’s security. A Democratic senator is now casting doubt on claims that Iran was planning pre-emptive strikes. Apparently, this senator says he hasn’t seen any evidence about Iran’s threats. This is what happens when politicians put their own agendas above the safety of the American people.
Let’s be clear: Iran is not our friend. The nation’s leaders chant “Death to America” and have spent years undermining us on the world stage. But leave it to the Democrats to look the other way or pretend there’s nothing dangerous happening. When anonymous officials speak up about Iran making moves against us, liberals just shrug their shoulders and look for any excuse to downplay the threat.
Why does the left want to pretend everything is fine? Maybe they’re so obsessed with not making Tehran mad that they’ll ignore real dangers. Or maybe they’re worried about upsetting their globalist buddies. Either way, their weakness only puts Americans at more risk.
It’s always the same story. Liberals ignore real threats and then act shocked when things blow up in their faces—sometimes literally. Instead of trusting our intelligence and standing strong against Iran, they’d rather play politics. The American people deserve leaders who protect them, not ones who make excuses for our enemies.
It’s time for someone to ask the obvious question: Why are Democrats so quick to trust Iran and doubt our own country? Maybe if the left cared as much about America as they do about appeasing tyrants, we’d actually be safer right now.
