For nearly half a century, the Iranian regime has played the West for fools. Every time these mullahs rattle their sabers or fund terror in the Middle East, liberals in America fall all over themselves to make excuses. They hold “protests” in cities like Seattle and New York, blaming America and Israel for standing up to tyranny. It’s always a sea of professionally printed signs, funded by shadowy NGOs, trying to convince everyday Americans that Iranian aggression is really our fault. One would think after 47 years of chaos and violence, the left would finally understand who the real bad guys are here.
But no, they’re too busy organizing drum circles and chanting anti-American slogans. They’re quick to scream about “Orange Man Bad,” as if blaming President Trump or any conservative for Iran’s terrorism is some sort of clever argument. The sad truth is, while Americans are working hard to protect our interests and our allies, these activists would rather defend the thugs who throw gays off buildings and bomb their neighbors. The hypocrisy is stunning—a nonstop parade of anti-American bias, all in the name of “peace.”
Let’s get one thing clear: Iran’s mullahs have a long, filth-stained record of lying to the West, crushing internal dissent, and funding terrorism that targets Americans and Israelis. They don’t want diplomacy. They want dominance. Yet time after time, weak-kneed globalist politicians in places like Washington and Brussels rush to the nearest microphone to call for more “talks.” If that’s not insanity, what is? How many times do we have to watch liberals fall for the same empty promises?
While the left dreams up new ways to blame America for every problem on the planet, the rest of us actually remember history. We remember the hostages in 1979. We remember the roadside bombs and nuclear threats. Every time Israel or America stands up to this regime, the left calls it “provocation.” But doing nothing only makes these thugs bolder. Standing by our allies and defending ourselves is not just smart—it’s the only moral choice.
So before the usual suspects hit the streets with their whitewashed signs and reheated slogans, maybe—just maybe—they should take a hard look at who and what they’re supporting. Are they marching for peace, or for the same regime that’s been terrorizing the world for almost 50 years? Only a fool can’t tell the difference.
