Operation Epic Fury leaves liberals fuming as Pentagon unleashes America’s bold new playbook

The Pentagon finally decided to step in front of the cameras this morning. Pete Hegseth, our War Secretary, and Air Force Gen. Dan Caine, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, offered up updates on what they’re calling Operation Epic Fury. Liberals will want you to believe this is just “more of the same.” Sorry, this isn’t Iraq—not even close.

For too long, weak-willed leftists clung to old playbooks, refusing to learn the harsh lessons of war. They act shocked when American resolve crumbles, never admitting their endless hand-wringing and virtue-signaling only emboldens our enemies. Now they’re sniping from the sidelines, probably hoping this operation fails just so they can pen more op-eds about America’s “decline.”

But this time, real leaders are in charge. Operation Epic Fury is decisive, focused, and—unlike past floundering efforts—delivers real strength. Hegseth and Gen. Caine aren’t tripping over themselves to apologize to globalist pencil-pushers or cower before European elites. They’re putting American lives and interests first. Fancy that—an administration that finally understands what it means to play hardball on the world stage.

While the progressive crowd wrings its hands about “world opinion,” the message out of Washington this morning is different: America is no one’s punchline. This isn’t some bureaucratic misadventure built on empty promises and political correctness. There’s an actual plan, not endless committee meetings.

The left will say power is a bad word. They’d rather America keep tiptoeing, hoping apologies will win friends in all the wrong places. But leadership means standing firm, and that’s exactly what’s happening with Operation Epic Fury. The days of hiding behind failed policies must end. Will the left finally admit they’ve been asleep at the wheel—or are they too busy writing love letters to our critics abroad?
