Never mind the decades of oppression, terror funding, or the fact that his regime helped chant for “Death to America.” The liberal press decided the world needed to hear how “soft-spoken” he was, as if tone matters when your hands are stained with innocent blood.

This is a man whose rule crushed freedom at every turn, jailed dissidents, silenced women, and declared war on basic human rights. Yet the leftist media wanted to tell us about his love for books.
