It’s not every day that the far-left manages to take their delusions to new, embarrassing heights. But that’s exactly what’s happening now as liberals across the globe weep and wail over the death of Ayatollah Khamenei. You’d think they lost their favorite pop star, not the brutal dictator of a terror-loving regime. But, of course, leftists have always loved clinging to lost causes—especially if those causes despise the United States.
But even among this crowd of professional mourners, one so-called “Christian” has managed to outdo the rest. While the average progressive lines up to light digital candles for the supreme tyrant, this leftist leader took it to a whole new level—falling over themselves to praise a man who spent decades oppressing free people, jailing Christians, and cheering on terrorism. Apparently, if the enemy of the American heartland dies, the left sees it as a time for national mourning.
Where is the outrage about Khamenei’s real track record? How about the religious persecution and the vicious crackdowns on any hint of Western influence? It seems that to the woke brigade, criticism of Islamist extremism is off-limits. But make no mistake—if Khamenei had been a conservative leader, these same liberals would be celebrating in the streets, talking about freedom and “human rights.” Hypocrisy is what keeps the left in business.
Let’s be honest: the globalists and the radical left aren’t just misguided—they’re actively working against American values. This latest display of sympathy for a dictator who hated everything America stands for is just the latest proof. Liberals would rather cozy up to America’s enemies than admit their precious worldview has failed—again. Their tears are not for victims; they’re for their own shattered illusions.
It’s high time the rest of us call out this nonsense for what it is—treasonous sympathy for our worst enemies, packaged as “tolerance” and “compassion.” If the woke left loves Ayatollah Khamenei so much, maybe they should try living under his regime for a while. Would they still be weeping, or would they finally realize what real oppression looks like?
