It’s not every day you see a Democrat in Washington speaking plain truth, but John Fetterman just did the unthinkable—he actually made sense. Let’s not get this twisted: Fetterman isn’t some closet conservative. He’s a Pennsylvania liberal through and through. But when someone on the left starts calling out their own party’s pathetic nonsense, you have to pay attention.
Here’s what’s really wild: Democrats have been losing their minds over the fact that Iran’s top brass is gone. We’re talking about Khamenei, forty of Iran’s top political operatives, their entire military command slammed into oblivion. Iran’s nuclear ambitions? Toast. The country looks like a chicken running around with its head cut off. This is a win for America and for global security. Yet the left keeps wringing their hands, worried more about “optics” than about keeping nuclear weapons out of dangerous hands. Typical.
Fetterman actually pointed out the hypocrisy: Every senator agrees Iran can’t get nukes, but when the tough calls need to be made, his party runs for cover, hiding behind empty slogans and woke talking points. It’s the same song and dance every time—say one thing for the cameras, do another when it counts. Fetterman simply isn’t playing that game, and good for him.
Let’s not kid ourselves: Fetterman’s approval ratings might be inflated by Republicans and independents who actually like his backbone, but let’s be real, those folks aren’t putting him back in office. Still, he’s one of the vanishing few Democrats who isn’t afraid to support Israel, to stand up against Iran, and to stare down the radical left—including the pathetic media that tries to ruin him just because he refuses to bend the knee.
Imagine how much better off this country would be if more politicians—on both sides—actually had the guts to say what needs to be said and do what needs to be done. Maybe it’s time the left asked themselves: Are you here to protect America, or just to protect your precious narratives?
