Atlanta NBA team mocks International Women’s Month with strip club tribute

There are a million ways to celebrate International Women’s Month—but leave it to modern America to pick the absolute worst. The Atlanta Hawks, a team with plenty of money and resources, has chosen to honor a strip club for their big March event. That’s right. Instead of lifting up women for their achievements, the Hawks are deciding to celebrate a place that turns women into objects.

It baffles anyone with common sense. All month long, we hear elites on the left talk about empowering women, smashing the patriarchy, and tearing down the so-called “system.” Yet, when it’s time to show what they truly value, what do they do? They cheer on an NBA game night themed after a strip club. This isn’t just tone-deaf—it’s gross. It shows how shallow their “support” for women really is.

Liberals love to talk about respecting women, but their actions always say something different. No one with a straight face should call this “progress.” Honoring a strip club does not lift women up. It does not inspire little girls to dream big. All it does is prove that liberal culture will trade respect for cheap thrills and a quick buck, especially if it gets them attention.

What’s even more outrageous is how the left will defend this nonsense. They’ll twist themselves in knots to say how liberating it is for women to be on stage half-dressed for men’s dollar bills. These are the same people who want to censor conservative values at every turn, but promote gutter-level “entertainment” as some kind of empowerment.

This is not what America should be teaching its daughters. The left claims the moral high ground, but their real goals are clear—profits, pandering, and whatever keeps them in the good graces of globalist pop culture. Is anyone surprised anymore? Maybe America should stop listening to self-proclaimed “pro-women” liberals and start paying attention to what actually honors women. Want to empower women? Try respect, not a lap dance.
