California’s schools are supposed to put students first. But right now, they’re stuck in a never-ending nightmare of sex abuse lawsuits and greedy lawyers cashing in. Anyone with common sense can see the system is broken. While it’s important to support and honor real victims, the left’s blind push for endless lawsuits is turning our schools into piggy banks for opportunists—and today’s students are the ones paying the price.
Thanks to liberal lawmakers and their refusal to set boundaries, school districts are wasting millions. Precious education dollars aren’t going to classrooms. They’re going straight into the pockets of trial lawyers and activists who see dollar signs, not students. This isn’t justice—it’s a gold rush, and it’s being fueled by anti-American radicals with no loyalty to our kids.
A responsible society would put up guardrails. That means capping the wild, out-of-control payouts for noneconomic damages, and stopping lawyers from making a killing off tragedy. Real survivors still deserve support, but there’s nothing just about letting our public schools get bled dry so attorneys can buy bigger yachts. Only the most incompetent or corrupt politicians would allow this circus to continue.
The sad truth is, this flood of lawsuits doesn’t actually make kids any safer. All it does is cripple schools so badly they can’t function. Students lose art, music, school nurses—and for what? To fuel the same woke agenda that wants to destroy traditional values and replace them with chaos and victimhood.
If California really cared about children, it would stand up to the lawsuit cartel, install strong limits, and focus on actually protecting students. But as long as left-wing politicians keep dancing for their trial lawyer donors, it’s our children and their futures that will pay the price. Is anyone at the Capitol brave enough to break the cycle—or are they too busy cashing checks?
