For years, open-borders advocates have clogged up the courts, twisting the asylum process into a circus act. They scream “persecution” any time someone doesn’t get what they want, and their buddies in liberal appeals courts have played along—giving them loophole after loophole. That’s how the left has undermined real American laws in the name of “compassion,” while regular citizens pay the price.

If someone claims persecution, it’s America’s own immigration authorities—not unelected activist judges—who get the final say.
