On a day that the so-called “smart” globalists will never forget, Benjamin Netanyahu picked up the phone and did what weak-kneed liberals never would—he warned President Trump about a once-in-a-lifetime chance to strike at the heart of radical Iran. Word had reached Netanyahu that the top Iranian leadership was going to be gathered in one spot. Think about it: the puppet masters of terrorism, the ones who have caused so much bloodshed and chaos in the Middle East, all sitting ducks. Only a strong partnership like Trump and Netanyahu could dare to take real action.
While the left cries about “restraint” and “diplomacy,” the reality is, evil doesn’t care about polite conversations. Liberals in D.C. clutch their pearls, wringing their hands about international law, while ignoring the fact that the Iranian regime has spent decades bankrolling terror and vowing to destroy Israel and undermine America. The so-called experts warned Trump not to rock the boat, but the boat was already sinking thanks to years of Obama-style appeasement.
It took real courage for Netanyahu to make that call. Spineless world leaders would have shrugged and hoped for the best—letting evil go unchecked yet again. But not these two. They understood that the security of free countries rests on bold decisions, not gutless committees or limp-wristed statements. The left’s pathetic “strategic patience” is code for doing nothing and hoping that the bullies won’t bite. We’ve all seen how that worked out. Terrorists laugh. Americans bleed.
And where was the outrage from the mainstream media over the dangers posed by the Iranian regime? Instead of focusing on the threat in Tehran, the media obsesses over Trump’s Twitter. Maybe if the press had half the backbone Netanyahu and Trump showed during that call, the world would be a safer place. But no—liberals would rather sabotage any strong responses, all while cozying up to every anti-American dictator with a half-baked promise of “peace.”
So here’s the real question: how many more innocent people need to die before the left wakes up and admits that strength, not weakness, keeps evil in check? Netanyahu and Trump played for keeps, and the world changed because of it. Maybe next time, the cowards on the left will think twice before lecturing about “soft power.” Or maybe not—because some people just never learn.
