Trump Moves to Fire Powell and Save the Economy but GOP Senator Sides With Biden and Blocks Him

Donald Trump isn’t wasting any time getting this economy back on track. He’s just thrown down the gauntlet by officially nominating Kevin Warsh to lead the Federal Reserve. Finally, we have a shot at dumping Jerome Powell—the man who’s been asleep at the wheel while inflation crushed families and destroyed savings. Warsh understands honest, hard-working Americans are sick and tired of paying the price for Biden’s failed socialist experiments.

But just as Trump tries to restore confidence in America’s financial future, here comes another political circus from Capitol Hill. Sen. Thom Tillis, a Republican from North Carolina no less, is threatening to stall Warsh’s confirmation. Why? Because he’s demanding the Justice Department drop its probe into Powell. This is Washington at its very worst—playing games with our economy while globalists and Wall Street insiders cheer from the sidelines.

Liberals and their enablers in the establishment can’t stand the thought of losing control. They fear Warsh because he won’t bow down to woke policy demands or cave in to foreign interests. They’d rather cling to failed leadership than see someone come in and put America first for a change. What a joke.

And let’s not forget, the left will howl about “norms” and “rules of law” while quietly weaponizing government investigations against their enemies. Yet when one of their own is in the hot seat, suddenly they’re all about “unity” and “healing.” The hypocrisy never ends in this town.

Americans are starving for real leadership at the Fed—someone who doesn’t back down to pressure from Wall Street elites and DC power brokers. Trump gets it. Warsh gets it. The only question is, do our so-called Republican allies in Congress get it? Or will they keep playing the left’s game and keep the swamp right where it is?
