Colorado’s so-called justice system is at it again. This time, all eyes are on Tina Peters—the woman the left loves to hate because she stood up for election integrity. Peters, a former Mesa County Clerk and a 70-year-old grandmother, got slammed with four felonies, all for daring to raise questions about how the elections were running in 2020. Her “crime” was trying to shine a light on shady election equipment. Her reward? An outrageous 8.5-year prison sentence.

Now, the liberal Governor Jared Polis is hinting he might turn around and offer clemency. That’s right—in the same breath that the left claims no one is above the law, they’re suddenly open to cutting deals when it’s politically convenient. Typical hypocrisy. They’ll throw the book at any conservative who dares touch their sacred voting machines, but if the mob starts complaining, those prison bars might just swing open.

The left wants Americans to believe our elections are perfectly safe—just trust the government and don’t ask questions. But guess what happens when someone actually digs into the details? They get hunted. Peters asked the questions bureaucrats didn’t want answered. For that, her life was tossed upside down, all while globalist organizations and Democrat lawyers cheered in the background.

Every day, conservative patriots are targeted for the crime of thinking differently. Meanwhile, Antifa thugs and leftist operatives get a free pass. The so-called “party of tolerance” has turned weaponizing the courts into a blood sport. Now, as their narrative starts to unravel, even liberal leaders are trying to save face by talking clemency. Don’t believe for a second it’s about fairness. This is politics, plain and simple.

America should be demanding answers—not locking up the voices asking them. Why are Democrats so terrified of transparency? Maybe it’s because their whole house of cards is built on secrecy and lies. Tina Peters deserves more than a second chance—she deserves our respect for standing up to a corrupt system.
