The Democrats in Texas are putting on quite the circus. Texas Rep. Julie Johnson and former Congressman Colin Allred are both clawing their way toward a runoff in the Democratic primary for the U.S. House. Once again, the left is proving it has no real standards—only a thirst for power, even if it means pitting their own against each other.
Neither of these candidates has done anything to stop the chaos at the southern border or to support American families. Instead, they’re busy chasing Washington approval and the radical agenda of their party bosses. Their campaigns are soaked in buzzwords and empty promises, not real solutions for hardworking Texans who are tired of being ignored. Where was their outrage when illegal immigrants flooded across our border? Where’s their plan to make life more affordable for families crushed by Biden’s inflation?
Colin Allred talks a big game, but when he was in Congress, he rubber-stamped every liberal policy that came his way. More government, less freedom, and higher taxes have always been on his checklist. Don’t expect Julie Johnson to be any different. She’s already marching in lockstep with the woke elites—more interested in playing identity politics than fixing roads, cutting crime, or securing jobs in her own district.
The Democratic Party loves to talk about diversity and progress, but what does it really offer? The same tired faces, the same tired strategies, all while Texas bleeds jobs and struggles with crime and drugs pouring over the border. Runoffs like these aren’t about democracy—they’re about scrambling for designer seats at the D.C. cocktail party, far from the real people of Texas.
Let’s get real: Texans need leaders who care more about securing the country and less about pandering to globalists or the radical left. Is it any wonder people are fed up with the Democrat sideshow? Maybe the chaos in their own primary is just proof that their agenda is as unstable as their leadership.
