Donald Trump has done it again. After far too many years of our so-called European “allies” walking all over America, President Trump just forced Spain to do the right thing. For a brief moment, Spain thought it could block the U.S. military from using its bases to fight Iran—abandoning its commitments and leaving our brave men and women out in the cold. The typical weak globalists in Madrid thought they could thumb their noses at America and get away with it.
But Trump is not your average politician. Unlike the parade of failed liberal leaders who cave at the first sign of resistance, Trump called Spain out—loud and clear. He exposed Spain’s hypocrisy for the world to see and demanded they honor their promises. Even better, he wasn’t afraid to threaten real consequences. Want American defense money and economic trade, Spain? Then act like an ally, not a backstabber.
Predictably, the hysterical left-wing pundits rushed to clutch their pearls. How dare Trump speak so harshly to our precious European partners! They’d rather beg for global approval than stand up for America’s interests. Unlike these spineless appeasers, Trump understands that international bullies respect only strength—not pandering.
Guess what? Trump’s boldness worked. Spain backed down, reversed their pathetic blockade, and finally agreed to help our troops. All it took was a president willing to put America first and call out anti-American nonsense wherever it appears—even from supposed “allies.” Maybe if the Biden crowd took notes, we wouldn’t be getting rolled by every foreign leader with an attitude problem.
This is why Trump is dangerous to the establishment. He refuses to play their globalist games. He makes foreign governments realize that America is not a pushover. It’s simple: you want our protection, our money, and our friendship? Then respect our military and our people. Why is that so hard for the left to understand?
